About us
111 & Sunny
Art and lifestyle inspired by light, travel, and the spirit of California.
The Story Behind the Light
Founded by photographers and designers Jeff Tucker and Kevin Hossler, 111 & Sunny was born from a lifelong love of light, design, and storytelling. What began as a shared photography studio in California evolved into a creative partnership celebrating the beauty of everyday life through art, objects, and design.
From Palm Springs to Everywhere
Under their first studio, Tucker & Hossler Photography, Jeff and Kevin created imagery for lifestyle brands, cookbooks, and catalogs. Years living in Palm Springs— surrounded by mid-century architecture, desert tones, and endless sunlight—shaped their signature style defined by warmth, clarity, and modern simplicity. That aesthetic became the foundation for 111 & Sunny: a collection that fuses fine art, photography, and timeless California optimism.
How 111 & Sunny Began
The brand’s evolution was serendipitous. After a buyer admired several of their art pieces and requested a mid-century inspired gift line, the idea for 111 & Sunny came to life—a place where their creative worlds could merge into something tangible and joyful. From that spark, the website and product collections naturally evolved into what they are today.
What We Create
Every piece at 111 & Sunny is designed to bring light and beauty into everyday life. Our collections include fine art prints, posters, apparel, and lifestyle pieces—each thoughtfully crafted with an artist’s eye and an appreciation for design that endures. We believe art should be both beautiful and accessible—something that lifts a space, sparks emotion, and adds soul.
The Journey Continues
Jeff and Kevin continue to create, photograph, design, renovate, and travel between the U.S. and Europe—always seeking new inspiration and new light. Their work is guided by a simple philosophy:
“Always moving forward. Always creating. Always inspired.”
